The Audience Agent Agent drills down into the data, giving you information that might be thorough enough to create a segment. If not, the marketers should ask another question!
In this example, the marketer decides it makes sense to create a segment.
You need to include verbs like "create," "make," "draft," and "segment" to engage the Audience Agent in creating the segment.
The Audience Agent starts its processes and informs you that you'll transition to Audience Studio's Segment Editor.
- Select Create a segment.
The Segment Editor displays the information discovered by the Audience Agent.
- To create the segment, select Create , then name your new segment. While optional, we recommend you include a meaningful segment description.
