In February and March 2025, the Partial Delete Job feature, including the td table:partial_delete command, will be deprecated. Treasure Data recommends transitioning to the Trino Delete statement, which provides greater flexibility by allowing custom deletion conditions. This change also involves the removal of the partial_delete operator from the Treasure Workflow command.
All users who have used the partial delete job feature in the last 60 days will be notified of this change. As the feature is not widely used on EU01, AP02, and AP03 regions, the feature may be deprecated earlier than the US01 and Tokyo regions.
Activation Templates are being released to GA, along with enhanced Audience Studio permissions related to users' actions regarding activations and activation templates.
- A new permission called "Template Access" limits users to only creating activations from published templates.
- We are renaming "View Access" to "Limited Access" to more clearly describe the actions users can take when the policy is applied.
Learn more about Activation Templates.
These new activation permissions control users' actions related to the creation of activation and activation templates:
- A new permission called 'Activations / Activations Templates' is available in the Control Panel > Permissions > Audience Studio. It allows administrators and account owners to configure specific user roles to create activations and templates.
- Introduction of a new 'None' permission that, when configured, prevents users from creating, editing, viewing, or deleting activations.
- Introduction of updated tooltips describing what each permission setting entitles a user to.
