Activation template permissions define what a user can do with the Activation Template. Activation template access is only applied to the parent segment and folder you select. These permissions are set in the TD Console.
- Login to the TD Console.
- Navigate to **Control Panel > Security > Policies.
3. Select an existing policy or create a new one. 4. Open the policy and then select Permissions.
Individuals creating or using templates must have Integrations Hub and Activations/Activation Templates permissions.
In the Integrations Hub section, select View or Full. Learn more about authentication permissions.
Scroll down to the Audience Studio section.

Review the following options to set activation and activation template access:
None:
- No access
Template Access :
- Create activations using published templates only
Limited Access :
- Create, edit, copy, and delete activations
- Cannot create or publish new templates
- Create activations using published templates
Full Access :
- Create, edit, copy, and delete activations and activation templates
- Publish draft templates
