The Trust and Security Center is a self service-portal showcasing Treasure Data’s Security and Compliance program. As an existing or prospective customer, you can access public and confidential documents including Treasure Data's SOC 2 Type 2, ISO27001, HIPAA Type 2, Penetration Assessments, Security Policies, and more.

# Access for Existing Customers

You can request access Treasure Data's Trust & Security Center using the following steps.

1. Navigate to Treasure Data's [Trust & Security Center](https://trust.treasuredata.com/).
2. Select Request Access from the top right corner of the page.

1. Type in details in the Request Access panel and agree to Terms of Service.
2. Optionally, you may choose to receive Trust Center Updates.


Trust Center Updates are email-based notifications that are sent to customers informing them of various topics, such as, a new audit report being published, a new compliance program being added, and more. You are encouraged to subscribe so applicable teams are immediately notified of any updates. Treasure Data will not utilize the Trust Center Updates for any marketing purposes.

1. SelectRequest Access.


An email will be sent to you with a link to access Treasure Data’s Trust & Security Center upon approval by Treasure Data’s Security Team.

# Access for Prospective Customers

If you are interested in becoming a Treasure Data customer, you can request access to Treasure Data’s Trust & Security Center by executing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) using the steps below. If you already have an NDA, follow the instructions in [Access for Existing Customers](https://docs.treasuredata.com/display/PD/Trust+and+Security+Center#TrustandSecurityCenter-AccessforExistingCustomers).

Access to the Trust & Security Center is granted only after an NDA is executed between the prospective customer and Treasure Data.

1. Navigate to Treasure Data’s [Trust & Security Center](https://trust.treasuredata.com/).
2. Select **Request Access** in the upper-right corner of the page.

3. Enter the required details in the Request Access panel and agree to the Terms of Service.

4. (Optional) Opt in to receive Trust Center Updates.


Trust Center Updates are email notifications that inform customers about new audit reports, additional compliance programs, and similar announcements. We encourage you to subscribe so the right teams are notified promptly. Treasure Data will not use these updates for marketing purposes.

Treasure Data's Security and Legal team reviews each request to confirm whether an NDA is in place. If one is not, the Security team will notify the appropriate Sales, AE, or CSM representative so the prospective customer can execute the agreement.

Contact your Sales, AE, or CSM representative if you have any questions.

# Receive Updates

You can get notifications via email about the latest developments to TD's Trust & Security Center, such as a new SOC 2 or Pen Test report.

1. Navigate to the [Trust & Security Center](https://trust.treasuredata.com/) dashboard.
2. Select the Subscribe notification from the upper right-hand corner.

1. Type in your email to receive updates and select Subscribe.

## Reclaim Access

If you have lost access the TD's Trust & Security Center, you can reclaim access.

1. Navigate to the [Trust & Security Center](https://trust.treasuredata.com/) dashboard.
2. Select Reclaim Access beneath the Request Access option.

3. Type in your email and select Send me the login link.
