Service Status Dashboard

The Treasure Data Service Status Dashboard provides both current and historical information on our service status, and the Status Page provides historical information.

The page tracks services in addition to uptime, including the REST API response time, streaming levels, and incident reports.

You can subscribe to outage and performance degradation event notifications from the Status Page via RSS, email, or SMS. It’s recommended for all paid users to subscribe to these events.

Viewing Service Status

You can view the Service Status Dashboard by direct link or from the TD Console.

  1. Open TD Console

  2. Navigate to Get Help

  1. Select System Status

  1. The System Status allows you to view uptime over the past 90 days. To view historical uptime and incidents, select View historical uptime. You can tab between incidents and uptime.

How to receive notification

You can receive notifications about incidents and scheduled maintenance by subscribing to the Status Page. You can subscribe by selecting the SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES button as shown.

Service Categories

You may select the regions and components for which you wish to receive notifications.

Mobile/Javascript REST APIMobile/Javascript REST API issues affect SDK backend servers (e.g., records.in.treasuredata.com) and libraries such as JS/Mobile SDKs when data is ingested into Treasure Data from browsers or mobile apps.
Data Connector IntegrationsData Integration issues affect Data Connector jobs(Bulk Load jobs) and/or the integration Hub.
Hadoop / Hive Query EngineHadoop / Hive Query Engine issues are those that affect Hive and Bulk Import jobs submission/executions.
Presto Query EnginePresto Query Engine issues affect Presto job submissions/executions. The segmentation UI in Audience Studio may affect this because it uses Presto for jobs behind the UI.
Presto JDBC/ODBC GatewayPresto Query Engine issues affect Presto job submissions (ex., via api-presto.treasuredata.com). This service is commonly used for BI tool integrations with ODBC. In addition, this may be affected by the segmentation UI in Audience Studio because it uses Presto for jobs behind the UI.
WorkflowWorkflow issues affect Treasure Workflow submissions and executions (e.g., api-workflow.treasuredata.com) and the Workflow UI.
CDP APICDP API issues affect Audience Studio services.
CDP Personalization - Lookup APICDP Personalization issues affect the Profiles API for real-time segmentation.
CDP Personalization - Ingest APIIngest API issues that affect import rows into existing tables in a TD database(ex. us01.records.in.treasuredata.com).
Data Access API (beta)Plazma Public API issues that affect access to the main storage system via PySpark. Please refer to Python Library Reference for pytd
