# Creating Har Files for Troubleshooting If you encounter issues using the TD Console interface, or issues with permissions, that are difficult to troubleshoot, it is often very helpful to supply an HTTP Archive (HAR) file to the TD Support team. An HAR file is a JSON-formatted archive file that logs a web browser's interaction with a site. The common extension for these files is .**har** , and you can can attach these files to emails that you send to support about your issue. Here are instructions for how to create HAR files: * [Creating an HAR file in Chrome (or Chromium-based Browsers)](#creating-an-har-file-in-chrome-or-chromium-based-browsers) * [Creating an HAR file in Firefox](#creating-an-har-file-in-firefox) * [Creating an HAR file in Safari](#creating-an-har-file-in-safari) * [Creating an HAR file in Edge](#creating-an-har-file-in-edge) # Creating an HAR file in Chrome (or Chromium-based Browsers) 1.
