Real-time Journey Jumps - Beta

Marketers can now move profiles to a different journey (through a jump) to retarget them differently.

Real-time Journey Custom Exit Criteria - Beta

Marketers can create custom exit criteria for each real-time journey stage to remove profiles that no longer qualify for the journey.

Integrations

Pinterest Conversion Export Integration - Beta

The Pinterest Conversion Export Integration allows advertisers to send conversion events directly to Pinterest for campaign optimization, targeting, and conversion reporting for improved conversion visibility. This integration supports the following conversion types:

  • Web

  • In-App

  • Offline conversions

User attributes are exported together for matching purposes, and the export also includes custom attributes (like product attributes).

Oracle OPERA PMS Streaming Import Integration - Beta

You can now import on-premises hospitality data in realtime from Oracle OPERA PMS into Treasure Data. This enables you to provide exceptional customer experiences such as a warm welcome for a reservation or a quick feedback for a customer claim.

Snapchat Conversions API Export Integration - Beta

The Snapchat Conversions API (CAPI) connector enables server-side tracking and measuring conversion events across web, mobile, and offline channels. By integrating Treasure Data directly with Snapchat's Events Manager, this connector helps businesses measure campaign performance and optimize ad delivery more effectively across Snapchat's 300M+ daily active users.

Whatsapp Business Export Integration - Beta

The WhatsApp Business Platform gives medium to large businesses the ability to connect with customers at scale. This connector use Cloud API from Meta to enable Treasure Data users to initiate WhatsApp messages directly from Treasure Data.

Updates

Segment Insights

Treasure Data has added two new visualization widgets for Segment Insights enhancing a deeper understanding of your customers. The two new charts supported are:

  • Ranking chart: For an array type attribute, visualize the ranking of the frequency of an array attribute's variables.

  • Cross tabulation chart: Use stacked bar charts to illustrate the distribution of one attribute across categories of another attribute.

  • Additionally, 20 segment dashboards per parent segment is supported.

Activation Actions in CJO

Treasure Data now supports Activation Actions in Customer Journey Orchestration (CJO). This enables you to orchestrate more precise and flexible marketing journeys by leveraging your custom user-defined workflows directly from CJO.

Activation Advanced Scheduling

Activation scheduling has been enhanced to deliver more flexible and robust scheduling capabilities.

Key Enhancements :

  • Configure start and end dates, including future start dates, for hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.

  • Set end dates up to six months in advance.

  • Select specific days of the week for activation.

Journey Activation Workflow Management

Marketers can schedule journey activations to run automatically after Parent Segment and journey refresh workflows are complete, reducing the complexity of managing activation schedules.

Parent Segment Build Performance

You can turn on or off the following enrichment options from the Parent Segment configuration page:

  • Content Affinity Enrichment (td_host, td_path, td_title, td_description)

  • IP Information Enrichment (td_ip)

  • Last Access Date Enrichment (td_client_id)

If you don't need these enrichment options during Parent Segment build or if these fields are not configured, Treasure Data recommends turning off these enrichment options to improve parent segment build performance.

Segment Count for Segments Referenced from View Only Folders

Segments residing in View-Only Folders referenced via Drag-on Rules in Segment Builder or Journey will now return the segment count. This ensures that you receive an accurate audience count during the creation of segments and journeys.

AutoML RFM Notebook Parameters

AutoML RFM notebook supports additional parameters:

  • aggregated_input - Accepts aggregated input table.

  • disable_clustering - Skips clustering.

  • rfm_quartile - Adds RFM quartile attribute into Parent Segment.

TD JavaScript SDK 4.1 Supports Collecting 3rd Party Conversion Tags

collectTags is now available in Treasure Data JavaScript SDK 4.1 to support collecting third-party conversion tags, so you can integrate the collected information into other marketing and social platforms as conversion events to improve measurement and optimize ad campaigns on those platforms.
