A widget is a dynamic visualization of data. When you create a widget, you select the type of data to display and the type of visualization (chart type).
We recommend starting out with a simple widget and then fine-tuning it through the application of different widget types for Treasure Insights.
We’re going to use a simple example to create a new widget. Let’s assume we want to understand the country distribution by gender.
- Open a dashboard.
- Select + Select Data.
- Select the country and then select gender.
- Add a title: “Country Distribution”.
- Click Create.
