# Importing Batch Attributes

You can import batch attributes and use them in your [batch backfill](/products/customer-data-platform/real-time/creating-single-value-attributes#batchbackfill).

1. Open TD Console.
2. Navigate to the **Data Workbench** >**Parent Segments.**
3. Select a parent segment to import batch attributes.
4. Select **Real-time Configuration**.
5. Select the **Attributes** tab, and then select **Add Attributes**.
6. Select **Import Batch**.

1. Use the left and right arrows (< and >) to move batch attributes. The right panel contains the attributes you want to import as well as batch attributes that have already been imported (greyed out).
2. Select **Import**.


You cannot delete attributes after they have been imported.
