# About the Customer Journey Dashboard After you create a priority group and track its progress, you might want to change the priority of your journeys or add new ones. ## Prerequisites * Your account does not have Traffic Control enabled by default. Your administrator must enable the feature to change and delete priority groups with capping. * You must have [full access permissions](/products/control-panel/security/policies/setting-policy-based-audience-studio-permissions-using-td-console) to edit and delete objects in Traffic Control. * A parent segment must be run before priority group journey selection and capping changes will take effect. ## Change a Priority Group 1. Open TD Console. 2. Navigate to **Audience Studio**. 3. Select a parent segment. 4. Select a folder. 5. Select **Traffic Control.** ![](/assets/changing-a-priority-group-2024-08-15.e1b92a5987892bef98565a0dd45546cb722f4e8b26756dc56a3f951c40d7d0c4.9e7171ae.png) You can make changes to priority groups whether prioritization is on or off. Within the Traffic Control UI you can: - Edit a priority group to add or remove journeys, rearrange their order, or change the journey cap. Changes may be applied after the parent segment is refreshed. - Delete a priority group that you no longer need. - Duplicate an existing priority group. The duplicated group is created in the off state by default.
