Changing a Real Time Journey

There are three real-time journey statuses:

  • Draft Real-time Journey : The real-time journey is inactive, with no profile movement and no activations started.
  • Launched Real-time Journey : The real-time journey is live, and profiles progress as soon as the journey is launched.
  • Paused Journey : The real-time journey is inactive, with no activations started. You can only pause a live real-time journey. You can resume a journey after pausing it; the real-time journey becomes live.

After creating a real-time journey, you can go back and change it.

  1. Navigate to Audience Studio.
  2. Select the journey you want to change.
  3. Review the following table to understand the actions you can take to draft, live, and paused real-time journeys.

XChange all fields in the journey, including the triggered activations.

Edit the real-time journey name and description.
