# Reviewing the Batch Journey Dashboard Charts The Journey Dashboard charts can help marketing professionals get a quick snapshot of a journey since it was launched, as well as detailed information on a journey based on a time frame that you specify. * Existing journeys cannot display the expanded journey metrics. * The total number of profiles that "Entered" in each stage of the journey might not add up to the number of profiles that "Entered" the journey if there are profiles moving from one stage of the journey to another stage of the same journey. # Navigating Dashboard Charts The Journey Dashboard includes the following information: * **Parent Segment last run date:** Review the last run date to understand how current the data is in the charts. * **Inline help** : Hover your mouse over the question mark "?" to get a description of the information collected for the data point. * **Overview/Goal counts** : The overview and goal charts display approximate data counts. You can select the version drop-down list and select a different version if available. * **Entered:** The number of records that entered the journey (reentered records are included). * **Currently In:** The number of records that are active in the journey. * **Completed Goal:** The number of records that completed the journey goal. * **Completion Rate:** The percentage of the number of records that completed the journey goal divided by the number of records that entered the journey. * **Exit or Jump:** The number of records that exited the journey. * **Exit or Jump Rate:** The percentage of the number of records that exited the journey goal divided by the number of records that entered the journey. ## Journey "Time Frame" Charts For easier readability in this document, we've separated the charts so you can review the descriptions with a chart example.
