The Customer Journey Dashboard provides charts with statistical data about batch journeys, stages, and profiles. From each live journey, you can drill down into each object in each journey stage to determine the profile count.
- Select Open Journey.

There are 10,000 profiles in the parent segment. 730 profiles have entered into the S1 stage. There are two sets of criteria that allow entry to S1.


1274 profiles have entered into the S2 stage. None of the profiles from the S1 stage have progressed to S2. How are profiles in S2? The profiles entered S2 because they met the Wishlist criteria.
There is no linear progression in journeys.
