# Working With Workflow Project Revisions Workflows provide a systematic method to repeat a sequence of operations. Your projects may have various iterations. You can also download previous versions, compare, modify two project versions side-by-side, and learn how to restore a project revision from the CLI. Older revisions are read-only, while the current version allows for edits with proper permissions.
