# About Workflow Secret Management

Secrets let you store and manage sensitive information such as passwords, OAuth tokens, and SSH keys. You can use secrets in Treasure Data Workflows to access resources. You might need to set secrets to use them for object storage, such as Amazon S3 or to make TD API calls.
