# Searching for Segments

If a parent segment contains many segments, you can search for segments instead of scrolling through a long list.

1. Navigate to Audience Studio.
2. Select the Parent Segment from the dropdown.


The root folder for the parent segment is highlighted.

1. Select the magnifying glass to start your search.

Enter your search criteria:

* Type the search strings. Treasure Data highlights only items that match the exact search.
