# Creating a New Folder

You can create one or more folders to organize your assets.

1. Open TD Console.
2. Navigate to **Audience Studio**.
3. Treasure Data displays a parent segment. Each parent segment includes a Root folder.
4. Continue with the displayed parent segment or select a different one.
5. Select **+ Create** new in the action bar.

1. Enter a name for the folder and optionally provide a description.
2. Select **Create**.
