Editing an Activation After Deleting a Template

When an activation template is deleted, the activations using this template display the Status 'Invalid' in the Audience Studio. Also, the locked fields in the activations using this template will be unlocked automatically.

You can fix this situation using the following options:

  1. Delete the activation and create a new activation with an existing template.
  2. Edit the activation and select an existing or new activation template.
