Setting Up Session Timeouts for One User

If you are using SSO, this can be an additional step that you advise each user to define. It is recommended to set up session timeout for SSO using your identity provider’s tools.

  1. Open TD Console as the account administrator.

  2. Navigate to Control Panel > Sign-in Settings.

  1. Select the edit pen next to Sign-In Configuration.

  2. Modify the User Session Timeout Value. User Session Timeout supports "Disabled, 12 hours, 24 hours, 3 days, 1 week, 2weeks, 4 weeks, and Custom".

5. Save the changes.
