Administrators can control who can interact with batch journeys. Because marketers must access the Customer Journey Orchestration in the Audience Studio, there are permission dependencies.
If your account does not enable policy-based permissions, you must rely on Audience Studio permissions to provide or restrict access to journeys.
Supported Policy-based Permissions for Batch Journeys
Batch journey policy-based permissions:
- None : Users with no access cannot view, edit, or create journeys
- View Only Access : Users can only view created journeys
- Edit Access : Users can create, edit, move, and delete journeys
- Full Access : Users can create, edit, launch, move, and delete journeys
When administrators enable journey policy-based permissions, the following permission migrations will automatically occur:
- Audience Studio None permissions: Users will be granted None access to Journey Orchestration.
- Audience Studio Full and Limited permissions: Users will be granted Full access to Journey Orchestration.
Users without policy-based permissions will not see additional journey policy-based permissions and rely on Audience Studio folder permissions.
