You can set Traffic Control permissions in TD Console if you have the policy-based permissions feature. If you don't, all users in the account automatically have full access, allowing them to use Traffic Control.
- Log into TD Console.
- Navigate to Control Panel > Security > Policies.

- Select a policy or create a new policy, and then select Permissions.

- Scroll down to the Audience Studio section.

| Full Access | Users can view Audience Studio's features, including profiles, segment folders, predictive scoring, API tokens, and journeys. Full access to Audience Studio permissions is required to enable Traffic Control permissions.![]() |
| Limited Access | With Limited Access, you must also select the parent segments that contain the journeys you want to include in Traffic Control priority groups. Select Add to include each parent segment for this policy-based permission. Select the pencil icon to make permission updates for segment folders in each parent segment.![]() |

| Options | Description |
|---|---|
| None | Users cannot see the Traffic Control feature. |
| View Access | Users can view priority groups and capping; editing is not allowed. |
| Full Access | Users can create, edit, and delete objects in Traffic Control. |

Select the pencil icon to make permission updates for segment folders in each parent segment.
