# Deleting Policies

You can delete entire policies, or delete a user from a policy.

## Delete a Policy

1. Open TD Console.
2. Navigate to **Control Panel** > **Policies**.
3. Select a policy.
4. Select **...** in the right pane.

5. Select**Delete Policy**.
If the policy still has users assigned, a warning displays and you need to remove all users from the policy.

## Delete a User from a Policy

1. Open TD Console.
2. Navigate to **Control Panel** > **Policies**.
3. Select the desired policy.
4. Select **Applied To**.

5. In the **APPLIED To** tab, select the pencil icon.

6. Select the user from the right side list.
7. Select the **<** button to move the user out of the policy.
8. Select **Save**.=
