# Creating Policies The Policies feature is available only to accounts that have purchased the feature. Owners and administrators manage access control policies in TD Console. ## Create a Policy 1. Open TD Console. 2. Navigate to **Control Panel** > **Policies**. 3. Type name and description for your policy.
