Policies consist of a combination of permissions. You apply policies to your users and can also apply users to policies.
If you change permissions within a policy, the effect is immediate (after the changes are saved) and the permission changes affect all the users who are assigned to the policy.
Open TD Console.
Navigate to Control Panel > Policies.

Select the specific policy to apply users.

Select Applied To.

To select users, search for the user by name or move users with the arrows to the right pane.
6. Select Save.
- (Optional) Select the policy and select Applied to validate that all the users for which you wanted the policy applied to are listed.

- Open TD Console.
- Navigate to Control Panel > Users.
- Select a user.
- Select Policies.
- Select the pencil icon to make changes.

- Use the > and < buttons to add or remove policies applied to the user.
- Select Save.
