The Account Owner or an Administrator can enter IP addresses to grant access to the service. Any address that doesn’t match one of the allowed addresses is rejected for access to the service.
The default account IP allowlists are set from within TD Console. As Account Owner or Administrator, you can create and change the default account IP allowlist.
Open TD Console.
Navigate to Control Panel > IP Allowlist.

Select Edit IP Allowlist.
If requested, re-validate your account login.

Specify IP addresses as IP address or CIDR.

Select Add.
Continue adding allowlisted IP addresses until the list is complete.
