# About Setting IP Allowlist

IP allowlists restrict access to Treasure Data accounts through specified sets of IP addresses. TD allowlists exist for:

* default account IP allowlist
* user IP allowlist


The Account Owner and Administrators set default:

* account IP allowlist
* user IP allowlist


A user IP allowlist is viewable from a user’s profile page. Restricted users can view but cannot set their own IP allowlist.
