The Control Panel groups administrator-level account maintenance features together, providing centralized access to security, configuration, and utilization monitoring.
After you finish configuring your Treasure Data CDP, use the Control Panel to further customize and manage your environment. As an administrator, you oversee data sources, connection protocols, access methods, multi-level security, and usage logs.
The Control Panel allows administrators to manage Security, Settings, and Utilization.
The Security section manages user access and authentication settings. You can configure:
- Users: Manage user accounts and permissions
- Tag Management: Organize and manage resource tags
- Policies: Define access control policies
- Audit Log: Track user activity and system changes
- Sign-in Settings: Configure authentication requirements
- IP Allowlist: Restrict access to specific IP addresses
View your account configuration information:
- Owner
- Owner Email
- Default Query Engine
You can specify the account-wide default query engine (Presto or Hive) that TD uses to process your data. This engine will be selected by default for new queries.
- Select Instance Details.
- Click the edit pen icon.
- Select Presto (for ad-hoc/low-latency) or Hive (for large batch workloads).
- Save your changes.
An Insights model is an abstract data model that organizes data elements and standardizes how they relate to one another and to real-world entities. Use this section to manage your data models for Treasure Insights.
You can configure Treasure Insights Role in the control panel.
The Utilization Dashboard provides visibility into your account's resource usage:
