Treasure Data Support Form

You can submit tickets to our Support Desk at support.treasuredata.com. Communicate directly with our support team and receive email updates on your tickets. We usually reply within a few business days.

Option to Share Own Tickets with All Your Account Members

Send us an email at support@treasuredata.com if you want to share "own tickets" with users in your account or view all users' tickets in your account. Our Support Desk provides the following privileges.

Treasure Data Support Email

Treasure Data Support Chat

You can start a live chat with the Treasure Data support team through the Treasure Data Console.

  1. Open the TD Console.

  2. Select LiveChat.

    A window opens populated with your name and email address associated with your Treasure Data account.

  3. Type your questions or comments.

  4. Add any log file or screen capture files that you might have.

  5. Select Send.
