# REST APIからのDecision Pointのマージおよび重複機能の使用 Decision Pointを使用することで、カスタマージャーニーをより適切にパーソナライズできます。選択したDecision Pointに基づいて、ジャーニーパスを分岐または再接続できます。 ## Decision Pointの作成 特定の基準に基づいてDecision Pointを追加することで、顧客のジャーニー体験をパーソナライズできます。たとえば、メールオファーに応答したかどうかに基づいて、ジャーニーパスを変更または分岐できます。ジャーニーステージ内に最大2層のDecision Pointを追加できます。さらに、プロファイルが複数のパスに該当する場合にDecision Pointに優先順位を付けることができます。パスの優先順位は、ペイロード内で上から下への配置順序によって決まります。 1.
