The Data Connector for Dynalyst enables you to import data in CSV, TSV or JSON format and export to Dynalyst in CSV format. Dynalyst uses AWS S3 storage, therefore the import process is similar to importing data from AWS S3.

- Basic knowledge of Treasure Data, including the TD Toolbelt.
- For AWS: the IAM User with s3:PutObject and s3:AbortMultipartUpload permissions. Set no other IAM User permissions for this connection.
- You need a client ID and access keys to authenticate using credentials.
You must create and configure the data connection to be used with Dynalyst, prior to running your imports or query exports. As part of the data connection, you provide authentication to access the integration.
Open the TD Console.
Navigate to the Integrations Hub > Catalog.
Click the search icon on the far-right of the Catalog screen, and enter Dynalyst.
Hover over the Dynalyst connector and select Create Authentication.

Set the following credentials:
- Endpoint: S3 endpoint login user name. You can find region and endpoint information in your Dynalyst account. For more information, http://s3-ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com
- Region
- Authentication Method: Basic is currently the only option

- Secret Access Key: For more information, https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/managing-aws-access-keys.html

Click Continue.
Name your new Dynalyst connection.

Click Done.
