As the Account owner, you can change your name and email. However if you use Google SSO to access TD Console, you must contact Support to change the account owner name or owner email listed in the Account Information page.
You cannot change the account name using TD Console. You must contact Support.
As Owner, you view the account owner information as your personal profile.
Open the TD Console.
Navigate to My Settings > My Profile.
Select the edit pen for your Personal Info.
Verify your account. Typically needed for SSO with Google accounts.
If you select Reset the Password, password reset instructions are mailed to the owner email address.
